Viral99 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to Viral99, an online betting platform operating in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Viral99.

Each member Viral99 are only permitted to hold and operate one (1) active account at any given time. Registering or using multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or that of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account without your authorisation;
• Notify Viral99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;

All financial transactions on the platform Viral99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Viral99 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• DuitNow (including QR and account transfer)
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• FPX — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, and participating Malaysian banks

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: RM 50,000 (subject to account verification)

All withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. Viral99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes.

Viral99 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time to both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion;
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash;
• Viral99 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or multi-account activity;
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member — members who register multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses will face account termination;
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified by Viral99 at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

All bets placed on the platform Viral99 subject to the following general rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Viral99 system cannot be cancelled or modified;
• Viral99 reserves the right to void or partially cancel bets in the event of technical errors, incorrect odds, or exceptional circumstances affecting the outcome of an event;
• For sports betting events such as Malaysia Super League football, the EPL, and BWF badminton matches, the official results issued by the relevant governing body or sports association shall apply;
• Viral99 reserves the right to limit or decline any bet without providing a reason;
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds and the actual odds due to a technical error, the correct odds shall apply and Viral99 reserves the right to adjust payouts accordingly.

All decisions made by the Viral99 team regarding betting disputes are final and binding on all parties.

Members Viral99 are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to automate betting or any activity on the platform;
• Colluding with other members to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit Viral99's bonus system;
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to access the platform;
• Using a VPN or IP masking technology to bypass geographical restrictions or Viral99's security controls;
• Spreading false or misleading information about Viral99 to third parties;
• Engaging in any money laundering activity or financing illegal activities through the Viral99 platform;
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the technical functionality of the Viral99 platform.

Viral99 collects, stores and processes your personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy which complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and account eligibility;

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
